Im Zuge des Allgemeinen Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes (AGG) sind nicht mehr nur Bewerber verunsichert, auf welche Fragen sie im Bewerbungsgespräch antworten sollen und auf welche nicht, sondern auch Personaler sind zunehmend irritiert.
Haufe Personal hat eine kleine Übersicht über zulässige und unzulässige Fragen im Bewerbungsgespräch veröffentlicht. Diese hilft Bewerbern und Personalern gleichermaßen sich zu orientieren.
Zulässige Fragen sind u.a. Fragen nach beruflichen Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten und die Frage nach einer AIDS-Erkrankung. Auf diese Fragen müssen Sie wahrheitsgemäß antworten. Andernfalls stellt dies einen Kündigungsgrund dar.
Unzulässig sind Fragen nach einer bevorstehenden Eheschließung, Schwangerschaft und Gewerkschaftszugehörigkeit (vor der Einstellung!). Auf diese Fragen müssen Sie nicht antworten.
Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Reihe an Fragen, bei denen es zunächst keine klare Antwort gibt, und es darauf ankommt. Zu diesen zählen z.B. Fragen nach der Religions- oder Parteizugehörigkeit (zulässig, wenn ein Tendenzbetrieb vorliegt) oder Vermögensverhältnisse (zulässig, wenn man bei der Tätigkeit mit Geld umgehen muss und die Gefahr einer Bestechung besteht etc.).
